• What is Direct Carrier Billing?

  Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) is an online payment solution which allows users to buy digital goods and services with the charges placed on their monthly mobile phone bill or taken from their prepaid balance. No payment credentials are required, which makes it simple, safe and secure.

• How can I see my payment history?

  To look-up any payments you have made and check your billing records, or simply to unsubscribe from a service, click here to enter your mobile number and follow the instructions to verify your details.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  To end any current subscriptions, you can do so here. You can also contact our friendly Customer Care team on care.qa@paybymobile.info.

• How did I subscribe?

  Your subscription started when you selected a service and confirmed to pay via mobile payment method. You would then be taken to our subscription page which gives you the option to join the service.
  
  At this point you would receive a text message confirming your subscription with details on how to cancel your subscription, or contact us for further information.
